The main challenge lay in the event's dynamic format, requiring us to be exceptionally agile in our approach. Moving locations daily demanded not just logistical precision but also a creative mindset to reimagine the brand activation at each new stage. Our goal was to provide consistent, impactful engagements with the participants, despite the remote and often challenging conditions of the trail.

Solution:

Agile Activation Set-ups: Embracing the adventure, we crafted flexible activation set-ups that could quickly adapt to varying terrains and conditions. Each day brought a new backdrop for our activations, ensuring that the brand presence felt both fresh and consistent throughout the event.

Remote Engagement: Operating in remote locations tested our capabilities but also allowed us to create unique, memorable interactions between the participants and The North Face. Our setups were designed to be as resilient as the runners, ensuring we could offer a comfortable and engaging brand experience, no matter the setting.

Collector’s Program 2023: Continuing the tradition of our bespoke engagement initiative, the Collector’s Program 2023 gave participants the opportunity to collect exclusive, customized patches. These patches, emblematic of their perseverance and the spirit of Transcharlevoix, could be applied on-site to their favorite The North Face gear, further personalizing their event experience.
