The challenge lay in embodying the innovative spirit of Futurelight technology while fostering a genuine connection with the ski community. Our goal was to transform the product launch into a memorable celebration that would resonate with attendees on a personal level, ensuring the technology's features were not just showcased but experienced in a dynamic, engaging setting.

Solution:

Comprehensive Event Production: From securing partnerships to crafting the social media narrative, our turnkey solution encompassed every aspect of the event. We curated an après-ski experience filled with music, contests, giveaways, and a DJ set, creating an atmosphere that was both celebratory and conducive to product engagement.

Immersive Product Experience: Attendees were invited into the world of Futurelight, with opportunities to try on the products in a setting that simulated the technology's capabilities, ensuring each participant could witness the innovation firsthand.

Exclusive Social Media Contest: Prior to the event, a social media contest was launched, offering six lucky winners an unparalleled overnight mountain camping experience, complete with a complimentary dinner and exclusive first tracks the following morning. Unbeknownst to them, this adventure was also their introduction to a full kit of Futurelight gear, courtesy of The North Face.
